The Managing Board
The Board appointed Perdita Wingerter as Managing Director. She is a self-employed consultant and lecturer in the field of education and society in Passau.

She has worked as Managing Director of the regional job and qualification initiative EQUAL-Ostbayern-GmbH from January 2002 until March 2008, in the course of which she took action as national and trans-national coordinator in the regional development partnership "Brücken zur Arbeit".
Before that she worked for ten years as coach and course director on measures for disadvantaged people. She has two sons (8 and 10) with her partner and lives in Freinberg/Austria.
